Definitions

a) The terms and definitions found in 1 Ill. Adm. Code 210.100 are incorporated into this Part. b) Emergency rule means a rule adopted pursuant to the rulemaking process provided in Section 5-45 of the Act. c) Emergency rulemaking means the process of adopting a rule as provided in Section 5-45 of the Act.
