61—5.2(453D) Definitions. “Nonparticipating manufacturer” has the same meaning in this rule as that cited in Iowa Code Supplement section 453D.2(7). “Participating manufacturer” has the same meaning in this rule as that cited in Iowa Code Supplement section 453D.2(8).
