Definitions

(1) "APA" means Georgia Administrative Procedure Act (O.C.G.A. Title 50, Chapter 13). (2) "Attorney General" means the Attorney General of the State of Georgia. (3) "Contested Case" means a proceeding in which the legal rights, duties, or privileges of a party are required by law to be determined by an agency after an opportunity for hearing, in accordance with the APA.
