Adm 1003.05 Defendant's Obligation to Maintain Contact with the Court and the Office of Cost Containment. A defendant for whom counsel has been appointed and for whom a repayment order has been issued, shall update his or her address and phone number with the clerk of the court and the office of cost containment every time there is a change of address or phone number during the period in which the defendant still owes the state for the cost of counsel or other defense services or expenses.
