13–11. Declaratory Rulings.
(Statutory Authority: 1976 Code § 1-23-200) The Attorney General will promptly dispose of any requests in letter form for declaratory rulings as to the applicability of any rule of his office. Editor’s Note This regulation became effective June 2, 1978.
