A declaration of identity on a non-consumer package shall appear on the outside of a package and shall positively identify the commodity in the package by its common or usual name, description, generic term or the like. Authority: O.C.G.A. Sec. 10-2-5 (Ga. L. 1972, p. 654). History. Original Rule entitled "Repacked Products" was filed and effective on June 30, 1965. Amended: Rule repealed and a new Rule entitled "Identity" adopted. Filed November 30, 1973; effective December 20, 1973. Amended: Rule repealed and a new Rule entitled "Declaration of Identity: Non-consumer Package" adopted. Filed March 1, 1984; effective March 21, 1984.
