(1) Applications for renewal of licenses may be submitted to the department through the NMLS during the annual renewal period from November 1 to December 31. (2) The department shall process all completed renewal applications submitted to it in the order received. (3) The holder of an expired license may not conduct any business in Montana until becoming properly licensed.
