De-Designation Process

(1) If review or other update received pursuant to the process and procedure established under OAR 128-020-0025, Designation Process, identifies that a corporate entity may no longer pose a national security threat, the State Chief Information Officer will determine if the corporate entity should be removed from the covered vendor list. (2) The determination of the State Chief Information Officer will be reflected in an update of the covered vendor list on the publicly accessible Enterprise Information Services website.
