DATE OF TERMINATION OF STORAGE CONTRACTS EVIDENCED BY WAREHOUSE RECEIPTS

(1) All storage contracts on agricultural commodities in store in public warehouses, as evidenced by a public warehouse receipt, shall terminate on the last day of the license period that being June 30th of each year. (2) The public warehouseman shall notify by registered or certified mail all public warehouse receipt holders of the provisions of 80-4-536 , MCA, 30 days prior to the end of storage period.
