Rule 5. The qualifying officer for the agency shall be responsible for the daily operation and supervision of the agency. The qualifying officer shall maintain regular hours at the security business agency licensed with the department. A qualifying officer may also be responsible for the daily operation and supervision of an agency’s branch licenses.
