3 CSR 10-5.440 Daily Fishing Permit PURPOSE: This rule establishes a daily fishing permit. Daily Fishing Permit. To pursue, take, possess, and transport fish, frogs, mussels, clams, turtles, crayfish, and live bait. A permit may be purchased for multiple days. AUTHORITY: sections 40 and 45 of Art. IV, Mo.
