D.O.L.L.A.R. deed program model forms.

(A) To assist in the establishment of the D.O.L.L.A.R. deed program as set forth in Chapter 5315. of the Revised Code, the Ohio Housing Finance Agency shall adopt in rule the following model forms: (1) Application to participate in the D.O.L.L.A.R. program (2) Deed to act as a deed in lieu of foreclosure; and (3) Lease with an option to purchase.
