80-1-5-.17 Current Good Manufacturing Practice, Hazard Analysis, And Risk-Based Preventive Controls For Food For Animals. To conduct inspections of animal food manufacturing facilities according to rules established by the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA), Animal Feed Regulatory Program Standards (AFRPS) in Alabama, the following U. S. Food and Drug Administration regulations are incorporated by reference and shall be enforced by the Alabama Department of Agriculture and Industries: 21 C.F.R.
