Any person holding a current Georgia Master cosmetologist license desiring to make application for a barber license, may do so by using the form furnished by the Georgia State Board of Barbers. When such application is properly filled out and returned to the Board, it must be accompanied by the following: (a) Copy of current master cosmetology license; (b) Certification of the completion of the required 300 hour cross-over curriculum from a Board approved Barber school; (c) Required fee; and (d) Evidence of satisfactory passage of a written and practical examination approved by the Board.
