a) Copies of public records shall be provided to the requestor only upon receipt of the payment of any charges which are due. b) Charges for copies of public records shall be assessed in accordance with the Fee Schedule For Duplication Of Public Records as set forth in Section 701.140, unless the fees have been waived as set forth in Section 701.130.
