Continuation of coverage for Eligible Employees on Active Military Service

OEBB will allow Entities to continue medical, dental, and vision coverage for Active Eligible Employees as required under the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA) and related federal rules and regulations.
