Continuation of Coverage for Eligible Employees during an Approved Leave of Absence.

OEBB will allow Entities to continue medical, dental and vision coverage for Active Eligible Employees when the employee is granted a leave of absence based on collective bargaining agreements and/or documented entity policies in effect on or before October 1, 2008.
