NAC 104.240 Continuation: Amount of extension; effect on status. ( NRS 104.9526 ) 1. Upon the timely filing of a continuation of a financing statement by a secured party of record, the lapse date of the financing statement is extended for 5 years. 2. The filing of a continuation of a financing statement has no effect on the status of any party to the financing statement. 3.
