5–166. Continuance. Prior to the completion of each three (3) calendar years from the effective date of this Order, the Commission shall resubmit this Order to a referendum of affected producers and shall require that said affected producers reassent to the continuance of the Order for an additional and similar period according to the requirements of initial assent pursuant to § 46-17-140. In the event that the required assent is not given by the affected producers, this Order shall be declared to be terminated.
