Consultation with Government Agency

(1) The Department will consult with the government agency prior to its funding decision and will provide the government agency with information about the applicant, site, project description, environmental service professional, and funding amount requested. (2) Any recommendations or relevant comments from the government agency that are submitted to the Department within a reasonable period will be considered during the application review process.
