10 CSR 1-3.010 Consolidation of Permit Processing PURPOSE: This rule provides for implementation of coordinated permitting for facilities which require multiple permits from the department. The evidence supporting the need for this proposed rulemaking, per section 536.016, RSMo, is section 640.017, RSMo, which requires the department to promulgate rules to implement this section. (1) Whenever a facility or activity requires more than one (1) environmental permit administered by the department, an applicant may request, or the department may offer, a unified permitting schedule that covers the timing and order to obtain such permits, as provided in section 640.017, RSMo. Upon agreement between the applicant and the department, the processing of permit applications would then be administered pursuant to that section.
