Adm 2.11 Confiscation of materials. Property confiscated by the department for violation of this chapter shall be stored by the managing authority until the owner provides proof of ownership, unless confiscated pursuant to s. Adm 2.08 (1). Property confiscated pursuant to this chapter may be disposed of 30 days after confiscation if unclaimed. History: Cr.
