12–811.5. Concession/Lease Agreements. A. Description: Document sale of concessions at sports events, use of college or university trademarks for the sale of memorabilia, and rentals for box seating. Information includes athletic concession agreements, revocable nonexclusive licenses to use certain indicia of the college or university, and stadium seating lease agreements. B.
