Adm 204.01 Computation of Time. (a) Unless otherwise specified, the unit of time for time periods referenced in this chapter shall be calendar days. (b) Computation of any period of time referred to in this chapter shall begin with the day after the action which sets the time period in motion, and shall include the last day of the period so computed. (c) Unless otherwise specified in these rules or by other applicable law relating to the period in which an action must be performed, if the last day of the period so computed falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a legal holiday, then the time period shall be extended to include the first business day following the Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday.
