Computation of Time

R2-10-109. Computation of Time In computing any period of time prescribed or allowed in this Chapter, the day from which the designated period begins to run shall not be included. The last day of the period shall be included unless it is a Saturday, Sunday or legal state holiday. When the period of time is less than 7 days, intermediate Saturdays, Sundays, and legal state holidays shall be excluded in the computation. 24-2 Page 5 2 A.A.C. 10 Arizona CHAPTER 10.
