Computation of down payments

The amount payable to a displaced homeowner or tenant for a down payment under 8-273-27 (b) is the full amount of the first $2,000 of the required down payment plus one-half of any amount required over $2,000. However, the homeowner or tenant must provide the other half of any amount required over $2,000. (Effective April 30, 1975)
