Computation of arrival or departure time

5:01:03:10. Computation of arrival or departure time. The time of arrival at, or departure from, a place shall be considered as the time at which the conveyance used by the traveling employee actually leaves or arrives at its regular terminal. For purposes of this section, terminal means an airport, railroad station, or bus depot when a common carrier is used by the traveler; or an official or temporary duty station when private, pool, or other state-owned motor vehicles are used by the traveler.
