Composition

The Governor’s Transportation Revenue Options Commission (Commission) shall consist of the following members: a. The Secretary of Transportation, who shall serve as Chair of the Commission; and b. The Majority and Minority Chairs of the Transportation and Appropriations Committees of the Pennsylvania House and Senate shall be invited to participate as members of the Committee; and c. A minimum of 30 and a maximum of 40 appointees, representing, inter alia, the interests of all transportation modes, environmental, energy, industry, local and State government, who shall be chosen by and serve at the pleasure of the Governor, shall be invited to participate as members of the Commission.
