R3-8-602. Compliance with PMD Monitoring A. If the PMD makes a written request of an applicator for a list of the time and location of pest management services that th e applicator is scheduled to provide on a specified date, th e applicator shall make the information available within 2 4 hours. The applicator may make the information available in a manner prescribed by the PMD. B. If an applicator cannot timely comply with a request mad e under subsection (A), the applicator shall immediately provid e written notice to the PMD, indicate the reason for noncompliance, and request greater specificity regarding the informatio n to be made available or additional time in which to comply.
