Rule 62. Section 280.91 is added as adopted from the July 15, 2015, EPA-UST rules as follows: Section 280.91. Owners of petroleum USTs are required to comply with the requirements of this subpart. Previously deferred UST systems shall comply with the requirements of this subpart according to the schedule in section 280.251(a).
