Subpart 1. Installation compliance certificate. The installer shall provide the commissioner with an installation compliance certificate required in part 1350.0400 . The installation compliance certificate shall be issued by the commissioner. Subp. 2. Manufactured home accessory structure compliance certificate. A manufacturer shall provide the commissioner with a manufactured home accessory structure compliance certificate required in part 1350.0400 .
