Complaints and Investigations.

A. The department may receive complaints regarding violations of this Chapter. Complaints may be directed to the department’s Weights and Measures division. B. Upon receipt of a complaint, the Department may investigate the alleged violation. C. The department may also investigate possible violations that the department may notice.
