Complaints

The laboratory shall have documented policy and procedures for the resolution of complaints about the laboratory's activities. Where a complaint or any other circumstance raises doubt concerning the laboratory's compliance with the laboratory's policies or procedures, or with the requirements of this chapter or otherwise concerning the quality of the laboratory's calibrations or tests, the laboratory shall ensure that those areas of activity and responsibility involved are promptly audited in accordance with 1VAC30-45-670 A. Records of the complaint and subsequent actions shall be maintained. Statutory Authority: § 2.2-1105 of the Code of Virginia.
