2 CSR 70-15.055 Compensation of Part- Time Inspectors Working Under Contract to the Missouri Department of Agriculture PURPOSE: This rule compensates those apiary inspectors who are not employed on a full-time basis by the Missouri Department of Agriculture. (1) Compensation for owner-requested apiary inspections shall be in the exact amount charged the owner as provided for in 2 CSR 70-15.015(1). (2) Compensation for nonrequested inspections and reinspections of quarantined apiaries and individual colonies shall be in the same amount as provided for in 2 CSR 70- 15.015(1), however, no fee will be charged to the owner or manager for this type of inspection. 2 CSR 70-15—DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE Division 70—Plant Industries AUTHORITY: section 264.095, RSMo 1986.* Original rule filed Oct. 12, 1978, effective Feb. 1, 1979. *Original authority: 264.095, RSMo 1985.
