Rule 110.(1) A quorum shall be required to conduct commission business. (2) The chairperson and the executive director of the commission shall determine the meeting agenda. A member may place an item on the tentative agenda 14 days before the scheduled meeting date. (3) A meeting shall be called by the chairperson. Except in emergency circumstances, the call for a meeting, specifying the time and place of the meeting, shall be personally communicated or mailed to each member of the commission not less than 7 days before the date of the meeting. (4) The vice-chairperson shall fulfill the duties of the chairperson if the chairperson is absent. (5) The chairperson shall appoint committees of the commission, subject to commission approval. (6) A meeting of the commission or a committee shall be conducted under Robert’s Rules of Order.
