RELATES TO: KRS 154A.060(2)(e) STATUTORY AUTHORITY: KRS 154A.050(1)(d), 154A.060 (2)(e) NECESSITY, FUNCTION, AND CONFORMITY: KRS 154A.060(2)(e) requires the Kentucky Lottery Corporation to promulgate an administrative regulation establishing a code of ethics for officers and employees of the corporation. This administrative regulation establishes the Code of Ethics of the Kentucky Lottery Corporation. Section 1. Code of Ethics. An officer or employee of the Kentucky Lottery Corporation shall comply with the Kentucky Lottery Corporation Code of Ethics. Section 2. Incorporation by Reference. (1) The "Kentucky Lottery Corporation Code of Ethics", April 15, 2019, is incorporated by reference.
