NAC 90.498 Claim of exemption: Offering issued in series of securities or relating to multiple funds. ( NRS 90.520 , 90.530 , 90.540 , 90.750 ) A person who files a claim of exemption (Nevada Form N-9) from the registration requirements of NRS 90.460 involving a securities offering which is issued in a series of securities or relating to multiple funds shall file a separate claim of exemption for each such series or fund unless: 1. The series or funds are identified under the same name and are a single legal entity; and 2. Separate accounting for each series or fund is not maintained.
