10 CSR 10-6.150 Circumvention PURPOSE: This rule prohibits the installation or use of any device or means which conceals or dilutes an emission violating a rule. (1) No person shall cause or permit the installation or use of any device or any means which, without resulting in reduction in the total amount of air contaminant emitted, conceal or dilute an emission or air contaminant which violates a rule of the Missouri Air Conservation Commission.
