Change of Information - Notification

(1) Notification sent by email under Section 58-1-301.7 is complete on transmission if transmission is completed during normal business hours, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on days other than Saturdays, Sundays, and state and federal holidays, at the place receiving the notice; otherwise, notice is complete on the next business day. (2) Notification by email may be accomplished by attachment to the email or in the body of the email, or both.
