“Certified entity” defined

NAC 231.355 “Certified entity” defined. ( NRS 231.053 , 231.1555 ) “Certified entity” means a person who has been granted a certificate of eligibility for transferable tax credits by the Office. (Added to NAC by Office of Economic Dev. by R159-16, eff. 6-26-2018)
