Beverages which conform to cordials, wines, creme de menthe, etc. in all respects except as to alcoholic content, may be labeled as "nonalcoholic cordials," "nonalcoholic creme de menthe," "nonalcoholic wine," etc. as the case may be. Statutory Authority: MS s 31.10 ; 31.101
