12–608.3. Case Files. A. Description: Compilation of all relevant data necessary for the creation of a case against a defendant(s) on a particular crime. Information includes detailed investigative data on the offense and the defendant(s) compiled on several standard forms such as Incident Report and Booking Report. B.
