12:51:09:06. Cancellation of certificates, permits, or business agreements. Pursuant to SDCL chapter 1-26, any certificate, permit, or business agreement issued by the secretary may be canceled if the secretary determines that the holder of the certificate, permit, or business agreement has not complied with this article or any conditions imposed under this chapter.
