Canceling Claims

Upon the written request of a claimant, a claim may be canceled at any time, provided that the claimant did not misrepresent or fail to report a material fact in making the claim and the claimant has repaid any benefits received on the claim, unless the benefits received will be offset from a new claim the claimant is filing.
