Sponsors, contractors, and subcontractors shall: A. Maintain such books, accounts, and records and file with the Administration such financial and other reports as the Administration may from time to time require; B. Ensure all of these books, accounts, and records are open to the inspection of representatives of the Administration or other agencies of the State during reasonable working hours; C. Maintain and make available for inspection for 7 years past the date of termination of the contractual relationship between: (1) The sponsor and the Administration, all books, accounts, and records of the sponsor, (2) The contractors, the subcontractors, and the sponsor, all books, accounts, and records of contractors and subcontractors.
