R4-24-103. Board Officers The Board shall elect a president, vice-president, and secretary at its first regular Board meeting each year. 1. The president shall preside at all Board meetings. 2. When the president is unable to preside at a Board meeting, the vice-president shall preside. Historical Note Adopted effective June 3, 1982 (Supp. 82-3).
