10–32. Board of Podiatry Examiners. The Board shall charge the following fees:

A. Initial Application $500 B. Biennial License Renewal: $275 C. Late License Renewal: $200 D. License Reinstatement Fee: $75 E. Duplicate Wallet Card $10 F. Duplicate Wall Certificate $25
