RELATES TO: KRS 334A.100 STATUTORY AUTHORITY: KRS 334A.080(3) NECESSITY, FUNCTION, AND CONFORMITY: KRS 334A.100 authorizes board members to receive per diem and traveling expenses to the extent authorized by board policy. This administrative regulation establishes the per diem and travel expense rates for board members when conducting board-related business. Section 1. A member of the board shall receive: (1) Compensation in the amount of $100 per day for each day of actual board service; and (2) Travel expenses as provided by 200 KAR 2:006.
