0080-4-5-.01 BANNED HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES. Liquid Drain Openers (Drain Cleaners) containing sulfuric acid and any preparation or product containing sulfuric acid in a concentration of 10 percent or more, intended or packaged in a form suitable for use in households.
