12–707. Bank Deposits. A. Description: Document the deposit of funds into agency bank accounts. Included in the series are bank deposit forms, deposit slips or receipts. Information may also include State Treasurer’s Receipt, and letter of credit for recording federal deposits. B. Retention: 3 years; destroy.
